Henrietta Red is, first and foremost, an oyster bar with a seasonal-driven menu that emphasizes local ingredients and regional seafood.

We are a small team of individuals with the same goal in mind - to serve exceptional food that is sustainable for our environment and sourced responsibly.

We are looking for professionals who are able to work in a busy, but detailed-oriented environment that is open six days a week (Tuesday - Sunday) for dinner with brunch service on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am - 2 pm.

Generally, our cooks work 4 days a week and earn 40-44 hours split between 4 shifts. A typical work day will be from 1 pm - 11 : 30 pm for dinner and 8 am - 6 pm for brunch.

We are closed on all major holidays with additional extended breaks throughout the year. We offer health, vision, and dental insurance plans, as well as sick pay.

We also offer dining discounts and consistent raises based on tenure. Hourly employees are eligible for bonuses.
