About the Role :

The Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for UFIT coaches and staff. This position ensures that all team members receive consistent, high-quality professional learning aligned with UFITs philosophy of promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, social-emotional learning, and student engagement. The Coordinator will also track staff performance, identify areas for growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Development

Design, schedule, and facilitate onboarding training for new coaches.

Observe staff in the field and provide constructive feedback.

Train coaches in implementing sports-specific and PE curriculum for K8th grade.

Maintain training records and certification requirements.
