Machine Operator

2nd Shift Machine Operator

Join a fast-paced warehouse team as a machine operator. We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual with machine operator experience for a food manufacturing company.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 4:00pm-12:30am. Overtime as needed.

Pay: $20.50/hour.

Job Duties:

• Oversee production on a line of 410 team members.
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
• Train and support line personnel to achieve high performance.
• Monitor and document product quality (seal, oxygen, labeling, coding, etc.).
• Adjust and maintain machinery during setup, operation, and changeovers.
• Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging and labeling equipment.
• Follow GMP.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold environments (40F or below).
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs. for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Strong hand-eye coordination; ability to work at a fast pace.
• Able to stand 810 hours per shift and perform bending/stooping tasks.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be eligible to work across both business units (OW and CBC).
• Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices.

• No cell phones/earbuds on the floor.
