  • Our fully equipped Pilates studio—running strong for 25 years —is a well-established part of our practice, offering clients a unique and holistic path to wellness.

Our instructors work with a wide variety of clients , including :

  • Individuals transitioning from physical therapy Long-term wellness clients Athletes Older adults People seeking injury prevention, strength, and mobility training This is a great opportunity to work in a professional, collaborative setting where Pilates is integrated into a broader vision of health and healing.  Pay Structure : Private Session : $40 Semi-Private (2 People) : $56 Small Group (Up to 3 People) : $66 Physical Therapy Aide Support Role $19 / hour  Why Work With Us?

  • Adapt instruction for clients recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or working on fitness goals.
  • Communicate with PT staff when appropriate to support client progress.
  • Maintain a clean, organized studio space.
