Admitting Representative at Providence St Vincent Medical Center

Multiple shifts and schedules are available. Part Time (.8) Wednesday thru Saturday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm Part Time (.6) Monday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm, Friday 9 : 30am-6 : 00pm and Saturday 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm.

The incumbent performs all duties in a manner that promotes the Providence mission, values, and philosophy. Preferred Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree - Healthcare or Business Administration.
• National Certification of CHAA upon hire.
• 3 years - Experience in Patient Access of Business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems
• 3 years - Utilization of medical terminology in job setting. Knowledge in medical billing codes
• 1 year - Knowledge of Epic applications
