Administrative Assistant WinCorp Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, fully onsite consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications : Requires 3+ years of administrative or office support experience (experience in facilities, operations, or workplace services is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint). Experience with Canva is a plus for creating flyers or internal communications. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work with discretion when handling confidential information. Responsibilities : Maintain and update databases, records, and confidential files. Support daily office operations, including maintenance coordination, janitorial, parking, vendor relationships, and general facilities needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support health, safety, reception, and food service operations. Contribute to special projects, including file management, organization, and reconciling and archiving files as part of the ongoing migration. Provide comprehensive administrative support like managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and assisting with internal scheduling. Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Assist with employee access management (e.g., key cards) and administrative metrics tracking.
