Project Coordinator Opportunity

WSP is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA office. The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project teams with administrative duties throughout the project lifecycle. Join our great people at our great places designing great projects.

Your Impact

• Setting up opportunities, proposals and projects in accordance with WSP's Project Delivery Manual using the Horizon platform.
• Communicating with the project team to assist with the monitoring and control of budgets, expenditures, and schedules.
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers and helping with preparation of subcontractor work / purchase orders.
• Generate project financial reports, including tracking the financial performances of projects.
• Setting up and maintaining project Sharepoint sites.
• Interfacing with the accounting team to ensure compliance with client invoicing requirements.
• Assist with tracking of invoices and project payments.
• Processing / formatting of project deliverables, including reports, memos, technical specifications.
• Ensuring project files and documents comply with WSP's ISO system.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals.
