Known for its strong focus on construction litigation and insurance defense, the firm represents a diverse client base, including insurers, contractors, and construction professionals.

Represent clients in insurance defense matters, particularly involving construction accidents, labor disputes, and contract issues.

Handle litigation from case inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation, and trial.

Advise clients on construction-related risk management, labor law compliance, and indemnity issues.

Draft and review litigation documents including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.

Collaborate with insurance carriers, risk managers, expert witnesses, and co-counsel to develop strategic defenses.

Manage a litigation caseload efficiently and in accordance with court deadlines and client expectations.

Keep abreast of legal developments in construction law, OSHA, and insurance defense.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; prior work in insurance defense or construction law preferred.

Solid understanding of construction-related legal issues, including Labor Law § 240 / 241, OSHA, and indemnification clauses.

Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.

Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation.
