Business Development — Birmingham and Huntsville, AL
Bash is looking for a fun, people-first business development pro to help us grow our client base in Birmingham and Huntsville.
We are a full-service creative and marketing agency headquartered in Birmingham. Our team helps companies tell better stories, launch better campaigns, and drive better results through branding, web, video, social, and media.

What You'll Do
You will be our boots on the ground in Birmingham and Huntsville, helping us build new relationships, open new doors, and land new clients. Here's what your day will look like :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies that fit our client model
- Build and nurture relationships with business owners, executives, and marketing leaders
- Set and lead discovery conversations and pitch meetings
- Partner with our internal team to develop proposals and close deals
- Serve as the relationship bridge from prospect to project launch
You're a Great Fit If You :
Have 1 to 3 years of sales experience in any industryAre confident, curious, and comfortable talking to decision makersTake initiative and own your numbersCommunicate clearly in writing and in personKnow the Birmingham or Huntsville business community, or are ready to learn fastAre interested in branding, storytelling, and the power of smart marketingWhat We Offer :
Base salary plus commission structure with a clear path to $75K to $100K in total earningsQuarterly and annual bonuses for new client wins and hitting sales targetsHealth benefits, 401k and paid time offA smart, creative, tight-knit team that wins togetherTraining leading to guidance and then to autonomy once you prove yourselfThis is a hybrid role based in Birmingham with regular time spent in Huntsville. You'll be representing Bash in both cities and growing our presence across north and central Alabama.
