Job Details

The Registered Nurse collects comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and / or the situation.

Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or the issues.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation.

Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.

Implements the identified plan.

Evaluates progress toward the attainment of outcomes.

Integrates evidence and research findings into practice.

Utilizes current evidence-based nursing knowledge, including research findings, to guide practice.

Incorporates evidence when initiating changes in nursing practice.

Participates, as appropriate to educational level and position, in the formulation of evidence-based practice through research.

Contributes to a quality nursing practice.

Uses creativity and innovation in nursing practice to improve care delivery.

Identifies aspects of practice important for quality monitoring.

Uses benchmarks to measure / monitor the quality, safety, and effectiveness of nursing practice.

Job Requirements

Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin

BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
