Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and hiring for critical roles within the Go-to-Market team
Managing mid to high-level roles, including Directors and Managers
Handling 7+ open requisitions simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Experience recruiting for Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations roles
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions
Comfortable with self-sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles
Experience managing full cycle recruiting for permanent positions is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiter and Greenhouse ATS is a plus
