Machinery Maintenance Technician

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a to join our team immediately at our Anaheim office. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on production equipment

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on sheet metal brakes, plasma tables, waterjets, automated controllers, fully automated coil duct systems, and other mechanical/electrical systems

• Troubleshoot machinery and automation failures as needed

• Inspect machines for operational defects, replace faulty components, and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance

• Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

• Install, repair, or rebuild equipment and replace standard parts as required

• Identify mechanical issues by observing equipment in operation, listening for irregularities, and using precision measuring/testing instruments

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime

• Support team success through clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors

Skills Required

• Relevant hands-on experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Proficiency with basic hand tools

• Ability to use a multimeter

• Understanding of basic electrical systems, including single‑phase and three‑phase

• Knowledge of basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Pay Range: $30–$35 per hour
