Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a to join our team immediately at our Anaheim office. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs on production equipment
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on sheet metal brakes, plasma tables, waterjets, automated controllers, fully automated coil duct systems, and other mechanical/electrical systems
Troubleshoot machinery and automation failures as needed
Inspect machines for operational defects, replace faulty components, and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance
Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
Install, repair, or rebuild equipment and replace standard parts as required
Identify mechanical issues by observing equipment in operation, listening for irregularities, and using precision measuring/testing instruments
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime
Support team success through clear, effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
Skills Required
Relevant hands-on experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with basic hand tools
Ability to use a multimeter
Understanding of basic electrical systems, including single‑phase and three‑phase
Knowledge of basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems
