Key Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of agency projects, ensuring timely and quality execution

Manage a small team, providing project guidance and leadership while nurturing client relationships

Develop and manage project budgets, focusing on business development and new revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

7+ years of relevant event agency experience, preferably in experiential, sports, or entertainment

In-depth understanding of the experiential landscape and proven project delivery skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented attitude

Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative team approach
