What you will be doing :
Identify customers with product portfolios that match equipment and engineering capabilities, focusing on high-precision machine components.
Engage in business development activities and support estimating processes.
Review technical specifications and actively participate in technology roadmap and strategic planning based on customer feedback.
Maintain effective relationships with customers to discuss proposed quotes, details, and timelines.
Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, programming, operations, and planning.
Experience you will need :
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales role for high-precision machined components.
Aerospace & Defense experience preferred.
Familiarity with cost simulation and estimating tools (e.g., MasterCam or similar) strongly preferred.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills with senior management in large corporations.
Ability to negotiate and handle high-pressure situations.
Strong work ethic with a drive and ambition to succeed.
Willingness to travel as needed and work outside normal office hours when required.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks strongly preferred.
