Sr. Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager

The Sr. Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager will own and execute customer lifecycle strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth across Topstep Brokerage's products. The role translates data-driven insights into personalized campaigns and automated journeys that strengthen trader relationships and increase platform activity, conversion, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building CRM programs in Hubspot, Braze, Iterable, or similar CRM, excels at transforming behavioral data into actionable communications, and brings a strong mix of analytical rigor and creative storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and Data teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across email, in-app, and SMS channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Marketing & CRM

• Build, deploy, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels for Topstep Brokerage users.
• Translate customer behaviors into automated journeys supporting onboarding, trading activation, re-engagement, and win-back.
• Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including campaign setup, QA, audience segmentation, and deliverability monitoring.
• Partner with Data and Product teams to define and refine lifecycle triggers, ensuring relevance and timeliness.
• Conduct A / B tests on content, subject lines, send times, and frequency to continuously improve performance metrics.
