Your New Role

Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects ranging from $3M to $30M

Own the schedule, budget, and quality on every job

Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, project engineers, and internal crews

Partner directly with ownership and clients to drive results and solve problems

Be in the office and boots-on-ground on site, whichever it takes to get the job done

Roll up your sleeves and step in when needed to set the pace and standard for the team

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Proven ability to run $3M–$30M+ projects

Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience

Skilled in estimating, scheduling, budget control, and documentation

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Proficient in construction management and estimating software

Must be tech-savvy and responsive; email, Dropbox, mobile tools, etc.

Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends if project demands
