Field Supervisor (Home Health) - Greater St. Louis Area
Pay rate $16-$18 / HR. Paid weekly
Advantage Home Care, a leading provider of home care services, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Greater St. Louis Area.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services in the field, ensuring that clients receive quality home care and addressing any concerns they may have.
With your strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the home care industry, you will work alongside the Service Coordinators to prioritize visits and ensure high-quality care for our clients.
In this role, you will conduct home visits to clients, handle client concerns, and perform monthly supervisory visits to ensure compliance with agency policies.
Additionally, you will spend time in the office each day to document your visits, communicate with the office staff, and provide support to the Service Coordinators.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a broad scope of knowledge of the home care industry and the programs our agency works with.
You should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Being empathetic, flexible, and a team player is crucial for this position.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be required to travel in your personal vehicle or company vehicle (where applicable) to conduct client visits on a daily basis.
Therefore, having a good driving record and following all rules of the road is essential.
Computer skills are necessary, as you will be working with our internal systems and software. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience with Electronic Visit Verification a MUST!
