A company is looking for an Application Support Team Lead (NextGen).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Application Support Specialists, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance standards
Deliver advanced technical support and issue resolution for clients regarding NextGen applications
Monitor team performance metrics and develop Standard Operating Procedures for consistency and scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of hardware and software systems support experience
3-5+ years of experience supporting NextGen or NextGen Office in a help desk or application support environment
Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools and diagnostic methodologies
Experience leading and managing technical support teams
