Established Survey and Engineering company in Arizona is looking to for an office survey director. The position will lead the office and oversee all of the surveying operations. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in proposal generation (business development) resource allocation, project management, budgeting, P&L analysis and interacting with clients for ongoing business development and business communication. This is an exceptional opportunity to have the autonomy run a survey group in an office leadership role.

Requirements :

RLS

Arizona experience

Previous ALTA, TOPO and Construction Staking projects experience

Management experience

Operations / Budgeting / P &L experience
