Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Dental Hygienist for a travel job in Wichita Falls, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Dental Hygienist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Position : Dentist – Full Time Location : Texas Availability / Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday (actual days flexible) Term : Minimum 3 months with option to extend Position Summary : We are seeking a licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including routine and urgent procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective supervision of the dental team. Duties & Responsibilities : Provide routine and non-routine dental services to patients Perform comprehensive documentation of all dental services provided Conduct initial dental evaluations for all new admissions within 30 days and annual evaluations thereafter Manage urgent and emergent dental referrals; perform extractions when appropriate (unless sedation required) Supervise dental hygienist and dental assistant, providing guidance and referrals within their scope of practice Oversee daily operations of the dental department including cleaning, sanitizing, and preventive maintenance Ensure compliance with facility SOPs, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS standards, WFSH policy, and HHSC regulations Perform other duties as outlined in the dental portion of the GMS manual Requirements : Active Texas Dental License About Prime Time Healthcare Prime Time Healthcare is a leading provider of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.
