Compliance Specialist

Inova Center of Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Remote Role

Remote Eligibility : This position is eligible for remote work for candidates residing in the following states - VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV

The Compliance Specialist is a crucial member of the regulatory compliance team. This is a key role in monitoring and tracking compliance education and training programs, conducting investigations and / or audits and completing administrative documentation and tracking duties; aids in the development of action plans for potential compliance issues that have been identified managing the various compliance platforms or other auditing or monitoring activities; ensures that there is timely and adequate investigation / response and documentation of issues as they are identified; and advises, as appropriate, on updates to policies and procedures, regulatory changes, or business initiatives related to or impacted by regulatory compliance and privacy.
