Associate Director Ecommerce

What You'll Do

Build and maintain ecommerce web environments, including Salesforce and Drupal platforms.

Oversee daily operations of web systems, ensuring high availability, security, and ADA compliance.

Collaborate with POS partners, third-party vendors, and internal teams to develop and optimize solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve web, network, and security issues in partnership with IT and infrastructure teams.

Support marketing and DTC teams by designing and developing scalable digital sites and experiences.

Ensure adherence to privacy, fraud-prevention, and accessibility standards.

Apply performance optimization techniques to improve system efficiency.

Perform additional duties as required.

Experience Required

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

7+ years in web development, custom coding, and theming.

Strong knowledge of DNS management, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, scripting, REST, JSON, and email authentication (DMARC, DKIM).

Experience with ecommerce platforms; Salesforce and Drupal experience preferred.

Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and UX / UI best practices.
