Job Description:
Operateur/Opératrice cellier nuit
Vins Arterra Canada est le principal producteur et distributeur de vin et de produits connexes au Canada, avec des activités en Colombie-Britannique, en Ontario et au Québec. Responsabilités:
Communiquer de manière claire et concise avec l’œnologue et les collègues.
Suivre toutes les procédures opérationnelles écrites et verbales.
Mettre en place des pompes et des tuyaux pour effectuer les transferts, les soutirages et le remplissage des camions-citernes.
Réception et expédition de vins et alcools.
Faire fonctionner divers types d'équipements tels que filtre tangentiel, filtre à cartouches, filtre lenticulaire et filtre à plaques et autres équipements.
Nettoyer et désinfecter les réservoirs, les tuyaux et les équipements après leur utilisation, les installations, la cave.
Faire fonctionner un chariot élévateur.
Porter à l'attention du mécanicien du cellier tout équipement nécessitant de la maintenance ou réparation.
Faire des départs de fermentations, des mélanges, des additions des produits œnologiques.
Faire toute autre tâche qui lui sera désignée.
Qualifications:
Avoir terminé avec succès un secondaire V ou l’équivalent
Fiable, ponctuel
Autonome et bien organisé
Esprit d'équipe avec une attitude positive
Souci du détail
Capable de travailler efficacement sous pression.
Posséder de bons réflexes, un bon sens de l’observation, un bon jugement
Respecter des consignes qualité (pour éviter les contaminations croisés)
Respecter des règles de sécurité
Parler et lire l’anglais (un atout)
Connaissance pratique des équipements de cave (un atout)
Connaissance en plomberie (un atout)
Savoir à utiliser la tablette ou l’ordinateur : Excel, Accès, Word (un atout)
Exigences physiques:
Lever, tirer et pousser sont des exigences physiques requises quotidiennement.
Se tenir debout et marcher pendant de longues périodes.
Être capable de soulever / transporter 50 lb
Quart de travail:
La période normale de travail sera de 8 heures par jour. Cette personne travaillera normalement de nuit ou selon les besoins, durant le quart de jour ou de soir.
RÉMUNÉRATION: 35,76$/h + prime de quart (soir: 1,50$/h - nuit : 2,00$/h)
