This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three (3) days in-office based out of our West Sacramento office and two (2) days working remotely.
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to step into our Senior Accountant position. This role performs the majority of general ledger accounting, including preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Reporting directly to the Director, Accounting, the Senior Accountant also serves as a lead for Accounts Payable (A / P) and Accounts Receivable (A / R), reviewing the work of A / P and A / R staff to ensure accuracy, compliance and adherence to internal policies.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of GAAP and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Senior Accountant will also contribute to audits, budgeting and cross-departmental support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
