Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our luxury dealership representing Audi and Volkswagen in Fairfield. This role requires a professional who can deliver a premium guest experience while driving F&I performance and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with luxury or European brands, a strong track record in product penetration and lender relations, and a deep understanding of California automotive finance laws.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present finance and lease options in a transparent, customer-centric manner that aligns with the Audi & VW brand experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Secure approvals through manufacturer captive lenders (e.g., Audi Financial Services, VW Credit) and other financial institutions.
• Sell F&I products including extended warranties, maintenance plans, GAP insurance, and protection packages tailored to high-end vehicles.
• Ensure all paperwork complies with California DMV regulations, CFPB, and FTC guidelines, as well as Audi / VW brand standards.
• Work closely with the sales and management team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to finance.
• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and support a luxury-level buying experience.
• Submit funding packages in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding deals.
• Stay up-to-date on Audi and VW incentive programs, lease specials, and product offerings.
• Assist in compliance audits and maintain organized, accurate deal files.
