What You'll Do :

Work alongside the General Manager to keep operations on track

Support and motivate your team in a safe, positive work environment

Keep an eye on sales, customer service, and overall performance

Help manage scheduling, workflow, and inventory

Step in to lead when the General Manager is away

What We're Looking For :

Leadership or supervisory experience (bonus if in building materials or construction supply)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to inspire and develop your team

Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and customer service

Great communication and people skills
