Job Details :
- Schedule : M-F, 1st shift
- Pay Rate : $65,000-$75,000
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the handling and packing of hazardous (fragrance, liquids, etc) material orders
- Ensure international shipping requirements & SOPs are met prior to all shipments
- Ensure proper handling of all materials and shipments by tea
- Ensure all international & hazardous shipping SOPs are followed by team
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years in international shipping management
- 3+ years manager hazardous materials / chemical shipments
- Expert in international shipping requirements and Haz Mat handling procedures
- Familiarity with NAV / Navision and Business Central or other Inventory Management System / Warehouse Management System a plus
- Bilingual in English / Spanish a plus
- Great attention to detail, time management, and organization
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, and works well under pressure
