As an Outbound Coordinator, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager, you will play a critical part in driving the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our outbound supply chain operations. Acting as the bridge between customer orders and successful delivery, you'll manage logistics functions, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to continuous improvement across the facility. This is an onsite role located in Whitestown, IN.

Your Responsibilities :

• Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading
• Communicating shipment status with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Managing shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, invoices, export forms) and maintaining audit-ready records
• Ensuring compliance with ISO-9001 and U.S. export regulations
• Resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Facilitating communication across WMS, Mainframe, and shipping systems
• Partnering cross-functionally to drive process improvement and support customer care
• Engaging in hands-on collaboration with third-party logistics partners
