Printer OperatorResponsibilities

• Read job specifications and procure all applicable tooling.
• Set up printing equipment to accommodate job orders and specifications in the production run.
• Conduct ongoing visual inspections of the machine for leaks, loose belts, etc., according to a checklist.
• Troubleshoot printing equipment and conduct adjustments as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Perform checks for compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and promptly report equipment malfunction, material, safety, and quality issues to supervisors.
• Complete production and quality control worksheets accurately.
• Perform line clearance procedures in the event of a product change.
• Perform clearance procedures for shift changeovers.
• Comply with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform special projects and assignments as directed by supervisory personnel.
• Observe operation of the machine and verify conformance of machined workpieces to specifications.
• Diagnose and repair minor mechanical failures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
