General Urologist Opening – Schenectady, NY 20 miles from Albany Position Details Full-time, hospital-employed position Join a new and rapidly expanding practice Services include : enlarged prostate, urologic oncology, voiding dysfunctions, kidney stone treatment, sexual dysfunction, UTIs, urinary incontinence, and more Operating rooms equipped with Da Vinci XI robotic systems Strong referral network from primary care High-volume practice with strong earning potential Accepting 2025 graduates and new grads working toward BC Open to H-1B Compensation Details Salary range : $450,000–$480,000 per year, with incentives after initial term Additional compensation opportunities : productivity bonuses, performance incentives, extra shift incentives Up to $50,000 starting bonus (to be discussed at interview) Relocation allowance : reimbursement-based, determined by distance Excellent benefits, including : Health, dental, vision insurance Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time off Retirement savings program with employer match Submission Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward BC) in Urology – REQUIRED Active NY license or willing to obtain – REQUIRED Active DEA or able to obtain – REQUIRED Robotics certification – PREFERRED Cannot clear candidates within 30 miles of the institution Candidate must not have applied directly On-Call Details
