Associate Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to municipal prosecution, civil litigation and workers' compensation. Salary is negotiable.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation within the law office.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey.
• Strong knowledge of various areas of law including civil litigation, municipal prosecution, and workers' compensation law.
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Prior experience in municipal prosecution is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
