Duration : 6 Months
Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing the RFP process from proposal to order entry across multiple brands and verticals.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies aligned with rate cards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure accurate campaign delivery, pacing, and client reporting.
- Track pipeline activity and assist the Sales team in managing forecasts and deal flow.
- Support budget revisions including optimizations, makegoods, incremental spend, and cancellations.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Ad Ops, Inventory Analytics, Streaming Solutions, and Measurement to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Coordinate with Finance to assist with billing, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.
- Communicate with agency partners to manage RFP timelines and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Prepare materials and insights for client meetings and presentations.
Requirements :
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in media sales planning or buying.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with media math, industry terminology, and TV sales workflows preferred.Experience with Operative One or similar media systems a plus.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
