About the Job
The technician will assume lead responsibility for the repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory and research equipment. They will recommend new test equipment needed now and in the future, and handle equipment services and calibrations.
Qualifications
Required : High school diploma, two years of recent trade school or military training in electronics, or equivalent experience. Some positions may require licensure as a Power Limited Technician in Minnesota.
Preferred : Experience servicing 1-2 of the following : pipettes, centrifuges, CO2 incubators, shaking incubators, PCR machines, balances.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $50,544 to $56,950.40 based on experience. Full-time, civil-service position with benefits including paid holidays, professional development, health plans, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and more.
