Full-Time or Part-Time, Seasonal
Key Responsibilities:
Work underwater and above water with a Dive Team of 2 – 6 SCUBA certified divers and/or non-SCUBA crew members.
Efficiently and effectively perform by the root removal of lake weeds
Able to carry bags full of vegetation up to 80lbs
Responsible for performance evaluations of individual divers
Responsible for motivating & holding people accountable, setting goals for the crew
Daily form completion & reporting
Daily communication with the Ops Mgr and Sales Reps
Customer service responsibility
Driving truck and trailer
Working Conditions:
Love of working outdoors is essential and the willingness to work in bad weather conditions rain, high humidity and heat.
Able to work weekends and overtime as needed on a volunteer basis
Qualifications
- Healthy physical status- Scuba Certified (or willingness to become certified) - Clean driving record - Must be able to pass DOT physical and obtain DOT card
Compensation
$18-$24 (Dependent Upon Your Qualifications) + Monthly Performance Bonus
