The HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for its Springfield, IL clinic. The position offers a predominantly outpatient practice environment with minimal call requirements and a flexible work schedule. The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC / BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Springfield, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.Practice HighlightsWell established, growing practice.Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week100% Outpatient PracticeSupport Staff AvailableMinimal call - phone call only, no call time is spent coming into the clinic. Call is to cover your own patients only.EPIC EMRPosition RequirementsUnrestrictive Illinois license prior to startBoard Certified or Board Eligibility2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required.Compensation & Benefits Package2 year base guaranteeSign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all availableResidency stipends available for those still finishing residency20 days off + 6 holidays per yearCME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal yearOpportunities to earn productivity and quality bonusesVisa Status : Able to support H1B visa, unable to support J1 visas.Pay Range : $278,656- $351,282

Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

    • Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
