From those early days in a bedroom full of rails, the company has grown into a thriving business with a talented team, a busy warehouse, and stores in Manchester, London, and the US.

The Role : Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running our LA store, helping to recruit, train, and guide the team while ensuring high standards of service and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in creating a great experience for fans and showcasing our unique collection of football shirts.

Location : on site : 447 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036

Hours : The role is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday, 5 days a week.

Lead & Motivate the Team

• Support with recruiting, training, and developing staff who share our passion for football shirts.
• Lead with energy and charisma, setting the tone on the shop floor.
• Provide coaching and feedback that helps the team grow and succeed.
