Job Summary :

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team—someone who thrives in both indoor and outdoor sales environments. In this hybrid role, you'll engage directly with walk-in customers in the store while also taking initiative to grow sales in the field through outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities : In-Store Sales Duties :

Welcome customers and provide a professional, helpful experience

Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs

Process sales through POS systems with accuracy and care

Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty

Contribute to meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales goals

Outdoor Sales Duties :

Conduct field visits to connect with potential customers and build relationships

Generate new leads and follow up on prospects in your assigned territory

Deliver product knowledge presentations and distribute marketing materials

Track outdoor sales performance and share insights with the team

Represent the brand with professionalism in the community

Collaborate with store team to align marketing and sales strategies

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus)

At least 1 year of retail, customer service, or field sales experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable approaching and engaging people in various environments

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude

Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
