A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to execute an enablement plan through training and content management.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver training and onboarding for new hires and ongoing sales teams
Manage and maintain content in the LMS and knowledge base, ensuring it is up to date
Support the creation of sales materials and coordinate enablement operations
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related fields within SaaS
Experience with LMS administration and content management tools
Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong for reporting and analytics
Strong project coordination skills with a proactive approach
Basic design skills for creating polished enablement materials
