An employer in Lexington KY is looking for a permanent direct-hire Project Manager to join their growing team for a 100% on-site role. This salary budgeted for this position is $90K-110K. This position is the main liaison between the customer and the construction company. They can expect to handle a variety of projects at once ranging between $5k-20 million. This individual will provide leadership and administration to the construction project and assist in the project specifications, objectives, and policies.

Some duties of the job include :

• Establishing company and project policies
• Manage the budget and financial reporting throughout the project
• Client interface / interaction
• Providing technical guidance to subordinate managers
• Updating schedule / progress with managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Maintain safety standards
• Subcontractor coordination
