Patient-Centered Dental Startup - General Dentist PPO and Fee For Service is looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team. Office is focused on providing a spa-like, fear-free experience for patients. Dentist / Owner has been practicing in Franklin for 9 years and has a well established reputation in the area.

We are seeking a positive, team-oriented, and proactive individual who wants to be part of something new and exciting.

Main Responsibilities :

• Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice.
• Check-in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments according to protocol and patient preferences.
• Check the daily schedule for accuracy.
• Gather insurance information from patients, accurately verify and submit insurance.
• In conjunction with clinical staff, coordinate and present Treatment Plans to patients .
