Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical service and construction operations across a designated region. In this role, you'll oversee complex projects, drive new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between field and office teams. The ideal candidate combines a strong mechanical background with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to balance hands-on project execution with strategic growth initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration; equivalent field experience considered. OSHA 30 and PMP certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, with both service and construction focus. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems. Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Office, and Power BI.
