CPA Licensed Corporate Controller

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end group consolidation process ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations

Develop and implement consolidation policies and procedures to streamline the financial consolidation process

Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and manage a team of consolidation professionals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)

10+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Deep expertise in US GAAP & IFRS, with a strong understanding of consolidation accounting principles

Experience working with multinational organizations and managing consolidation across multiple jurisdictions
