JOB SUMMARY

The K-12 Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field-related activities, including jobsite safety, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule management across one or more projects, depending on the scope and scale of the work. This role works closely with the management team to ensure project success and maintains regular communication with the Senior Superintendent and / or Project Director. The Superintendent also fosters strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. All daily responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the companys vision, mission, and core values.
