Taylor Management is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of our property management team. This position plays a crucial role in assisting with resident relations, maintenance coordination, and record management. The salary for this position is $45,000.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage resident inquiries and service requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized community records, files, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
• Assist the property management team with budgeting and financial record keeping.
• Help organize community events and meetings.
