About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function.

Provide therapeutic exercises, massage, gait and balance training, and other interventions as directed.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, proper use of assistive devices, and rehabilitation techniques.

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Ensure treatment areas and equipment are safe, clean, and properly maintained.

Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards of practice.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
