We specialize in ensuring the health and well-being of workers through a range of medical services, including injury care (workers’ compensation), physical examinations (employer services), and commercial (urgent care).

Position Summary :

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for selected month-end close activities, including reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have full P&L and multi-location experience who excels in a start-up environment with the ability and appetite to adapt to evolving business demands.

Responsibilities :

• Support the general ledger platform, accounting closing cycle, and monthly closing entries
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Prepare accurate documentation supporting assigned monthly close journal entries
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies monthly
• Provide variance explanations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Provide support for financial year-end closure, financial audits, and tax preparation
• Maintain a high level of accuracy regarding all details
• Partner with Controller to conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes
• Be compliant with organizational policies and procedures and related departmental procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Salary range $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
