A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Review (RN) Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a Care Access and Monitoring team responsible for utilization management activities
Coordinate and monitor team activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Manage team performance, providing coaching and development while ensuring adequate staffing levels
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
3+ years of clinical nursing experience
2+ years of utilization management experience
Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing
Experience demonstrating leadership skills
