Overview

Phoenix Defense is currently seeking applicants for Electronics Technician Maintenance II positions supporting the Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions Program (W-TRS). This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• The Electronics Technician Maintenance II position will perform all functions required to maintain and repair electronic TADSS and equipment, including a variety of Training Devices.
• Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with technical guidelines and equipment specifications, ensuring proper functionality and safe operating conditions.
• Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve routine electrical, mechanical, and computer issues by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
• Performs inventory of spare / repair parts in accordance with contractual guidelines.
• Capture and record accurate maintenance history, ensuring unique corrective measures for work orders and repair are annotated into MIS.
• Applies basic and advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems.
• May supervise, provide direction / guidance, and check lower-level technicians' work.
• Ensures that all paperwork and reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reads and interprets schematic drawings and diagrams required to perform maintenance.
• This position may require travel to other installations and other W-TRS locations.
• Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
