Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location : Alpharetta, GA - Center-Based ABA Facility

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time

Compensation :

Full-time : $90,000-$110,000 annually

Part-time : $80-$105 per hour

What You'll Do

Conduct assessments and reassessments

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

Supervise RBTs and provide parent training

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

Monitor and document client progress using data-driven methods

Maintain ethical and professional standards

Participate in Flywheel trainings and professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Current BCBA certification

Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

Strong communication and leadership skills

Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care

Ability to guide and support a clinical team
