We're looking for an experienced and performance-driven Ads Media Buyer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta that drive real business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running performance campaigns, understands the psychology behind what makes short-form ads work, and is excited to work in a nimble team that values both speed and creativity.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, handling end-to-end execution including targeting, creative setup, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Must be able to continuously recommend how we can upsell or pitch new solutions to the current clients
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on real-time data, adjusting creative, audiences, or bidding strategies to improve KPIs and scale winners.
  • Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to test and evolve ad creative, and share data-driven feedback to improve performance.
  • Build performance reports and deliver insights in a clear, actionable way.
  • Able to present performance reports and translate numbers into strategic recommendations to grow the account
  • Stay ahead of changes and updates on Meta and TikTok
  • Understanding of YouTube, LinkedIn or other social media platform ads is a positive
